One of the world’s most important wine competitions has recognized the exceptional quality of RIOJA VEGA RESERVA 2014 and has elevated it to the Top 1 position among thousands of Rioja Reservas.
This success is the product of over 135 years of nurturing the vineyard, ever since Rioja Vega was founded back in 1882. A journey, experience and knowledge that have made possible what Rioja Vega learned long ago: Making an exceptional wine is about letting the vineyard speak.
Rioja Vega’s vineyards rest in a varied collection of terroirs with different soils, altitudes and locations which give Rioja Vega wines their unique characters. In this Reserva, terroir comes forward in its intense aromas of ripe fruit and toast, toffee and vanilla. On the palate it is velvety, sweet and balanced, with a good tannic structure.
In addition to Mundus Vini, the quality of Rioja Vega Reserva has been recognized by experts such as Wine Enthusiast, Vinous, Peñín Guide, and the Asian China Wine & Spirits Awards and Asia Wine Trophy, to name but a few examples.
