Two Rioja Vega wines have been awarded Gold Medal in the latest edition of Berliner Wein Trophy,the biggest wine competition in the world, held inGermany under the patronage of the OIV and the UIOE, two international winemaking organisations ofFrench origin.
These Gold Medals go to Rioja Vega Venta Jalón 2014 and Con Gracia de Rioja Vega 2018. A surefire waynot to go wrong with your choice of wine. Rioja VegaVenta Jalón 2014 thus builds on its internationalrecognition on the back of the recent Gold Medal won at Mundus Vini, and the 92 points at Falstaff Spanien .
Con Gracia de Rioja Vega furthers the good resultsobtained on previous vintages, with excellent scoresin world renowned publications such as the 91 Points obtained at Guía Peñín or the 93 points at Guía Verema.
These successes pay tribute to the hard work andrespect for the land carried out at Rioja Vega since Felipe Ugalde founded the winery back in 1882. His passion and vision remain present 135 years later in these wines we proudly show today.
